I’m Kelly Kovacev, founder of Life Simplified by Kelly. I’ve lived in Northern Virginia for 25 years and raised my three sons here, so I understand how demanding it can be to juggle family, work, household duties, and the needs of aging loved ones.
I started my first business in 2011, where I helped seniors and busy families manage everyday responsibilities and life transitions. When COVID brought that chapter to a close, I joined a local auction gallery, where I spent five years helping families sort through decades of belongings, prepare homes for sale, and determine what could be sold, donated, or passed along.
That experience helped me realize how emotionally overwhelming it can be to downsize and navigate life transitions. Through Life Simplified by Kelly, I combine my background in personal concierge, downsizing experience, and strong Northern Virginia connections to provide practical, compassionate, and dependable support.
I understand that this work is very personal and requires trust and hospitality, and I aim to reflect that in every job. I want to make life easier, keep loved ones in the loop, and ensure each of my clients can get back time and peace of mind.”
